Once your order request is submitted, we will respond typically same day or next day to either confirm and invoice you (with payment options: EFT, e-transfer, credit card or cash) or to confirm unavailabily with alternative options.
We’re happy to support any questions asap before or after invoicing. However, we cannot guaranteee changes with less than 24 hours notice. Depending on the order size, a deposit may be requested. Please allow some flexability with timing on deliveries if possible.
